Under­gra­dua­te The­ses (TFG) and Mas­te­r’s The­ses (TFM) are essen­tial com­po­nents of stu­dents’ aca­de­mic trai­ning, not only becau­se they are man­da­tory for obtai­ning their degree, but also becau­se they offer a uni­que oppor­tu­nity to apply the know­led­ge acqui­red and deve­lop research and cri­ti­cal analy­sis skills. In the Trans­la­tion and Inter­pre­ting Degree, as well as in the Master’s Degree in Trans­la­tion for Inter­na­tio­nal Com­mu­ni­ca­tion (MTCI) and the Mas­te­r’s Degree in Tea­ching (a qua­li­fi­ca­tion to teach in secon­dary schools), these final pro­jects allow stu­dents to delve into spe­ci­fic areas of inter­est, demons­tra­ting their abi­lity to con­duct inde­pen­dent research and pre­sent their fin­dings in a cohe­rent and rigo­rous man­ner.
