Throughout my academic career, I have held various management positions that have contributed to the development and quality of education at the Universidade de Vigo.
Since October 25, 2023, I have been a member of the Academic Commission of Doctoral Programs (CAPD) in the Doctoral Program in Translation & Paratranslation in the Faculty of Philology and Translation.
Since October 19, 2023, I have been serving as the Director of the Vice-Rectorate for Internationalization. This role is crucial for promoting multilingualism and internationalization at our university, fostering an inclusive and global academic environment.
Since September 1, 2022, I have been the Coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Translation for International Communication (MTCI), a program recognized as Excellent University Master by the Xunta de Galicia for the period 2021–2026. Previously, from April 26, 2016, to September 1, 2022, I served as the secretary of the same master’s program. In these roles, I have worked to ensure academic excellence and the professional relevance of the program, providing high-quality training for our students.
Since July 1, 2019, I have been an academic tutor for internship students in the Specialist’s Degree in Translation for the Video Game Industry (ETIV), managing over one hundred contracts. This work has allowed me to guide students in their transition from the academic environment to the professional world, providing practical and valuable experience in the video game industry. Furthermore, I am the co-director of this degree, as well as the original idea creator of the project.
